Both employees of TNB were busy with work the whole time they were here. They moved a heat unit to another part of the room very efficiently. They also answered questions we had about using the air to air heat pump more efficiently for both heating and cooling. Thank you TNB for making this project happen.

Due to Covid 19 we ended up with three vehicles here. The four guys and electrician worked steady, were very, very personable, great workers, and even took all their garbage. We had two different outdoor units installed for the three heat pumps on the different levels of our home. Directions on how to use pumps were well explained and we would highly recommend them.

Sometimes it's hard to put into words how good people are. These guys within 48 hours took the pressure and stress away from our shoulders. We are in Calgary and have a home in Trenton Nova Scotia, and in an emergency it went from tnb Plumbing visiting our property to put a snake and Camera sewage system to try and clear a blockage to find out that we had not only a completely full septic tank but a corroded one! From first point of contact 2 having a completely new tank fitted was 48 hours! They were amazing, like I say no words, courteous kind compassionate on time and amazing thank you again oh, you are a wonderful team.
