Hi i been dealing with u for8 years after i had heat pumps installed great service always emjoyedthe fa t u were in contact from the the beginning no let downs after u fonished all my neighbors all five had heat pumps installed only problem i had was when luke arrived to clear my sewer he couldnt get threw reason there r 2 drain exits 1 at. The exit and some 25 ft away he done his best but. didnt no i did no either he recommended the 2 man snake ok i had a man remove the floor when did he showed the.second hatch he didnt thourghly check it ote and years before i owned this placed a sink was put in upstairs directly above the the drain 2 stories up and the plex pipe used went directly in the sewer the resson he could not throught on the second visit by blacke good guy he used the same snake he went all the the way he also took pics i payed fo bouth calls i feel i been overcharged i like the service and will continue but i feel i should be reinbursed thanks
